I am a Partner focused on the business services sector. I joined Clearwater International in 2014, having previously worked in the corporate finance team of a mid-tier accountancy firm. I’ve over 12 years' experience in the industry and have transacted deals across the globe. Since joining Clearwater I’ve completed over 20 deals with values in excess of €700m.
Like our clients, Clearwater is an entrepreneurial, passionate and ambitious business and we share many common values which helps make our work extremely enjoyable and exciting. It has been a privilege to have worked with many exceptional businesses with ambitious management teams throughout my time at Clearwater. These span a variety of business services sub-sectors including education and training, recruitment, IT services, marketing services and affordable housing.
Some highlights include advising Westleigh Partnerships on securing investment from Palatine Private Equity and the subsequent sale of the business to Countryside Properties plc for c. €155m, advising NorthEdge and the management team on the secondary MBO of Jigsaw24, and advising LDC on its investment in ENSEK.
