Profil

I am one of the founding Partners of the Italian team. After graduating from Bocconi University of Milan with a degree in Economics and Business with a specialisation in Corporate Finance, I began my career in Paris where I worked in the Debt Origination department of the bank HSBC CCF.

Throughout my career, I have worked for Rothschild Italy in Milan and Fineurop Soditic, where I worked on domestic and international M&A and debt restructuring operations.

Over the last 18 years, I have been involved in over 50 transactions, many of which have been private equity sponsored. Some of my recent deal highlights include: advising Edenred on the acquisition of Easy Welfare, advising CFT on the business combination with the SPAC Glenalta, advising Autodistribution on the acquisition of three targets in Italy, and advising Apax on the acquisition of Rhiag. I also have been involved in several transactions in the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry.

I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and management teams, helping them to achieve their strategic goals, to grow their businesses and to create wealth for themselves, their partners and their shareholders.
