I joined Clearwater International in 2019 with 12 years’ experience in M&A at Aforge-Degroof, Deloitte Finance and Capitalmind.
I have been involved in more than 30 M&A transactions in a wide range of sectors such as industrials (packaging, machinery) and business services (industrial maintenance, testing inspection certification, consulting & engineering).
Working for the small-cap team, I am excited to contribute to this great entrepreneurial project, aiming to bring value-added consultancy services to private owners of small-size companies and private equity funds, in an increasingly international context.
I graduated from ENSAM engineering school and also ESCP Europe with a Masters in Finance.
