Profil
I have been a Partner at Clearwater International since its creation and the integration of Artisan Partners, a company I founded in 2004.
I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from Esade, and a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. Furthermore, I studied the International Management Program at H.E.C. (Paris) and the Stanford Executive Program. Finally, I graduated from Insead and Harvard Business School.
My professional career began in the financial sector, in banks such as Banque Nationale de Paris, Caja Madrid and National Westminster Bank, in the latter as General Manager for Spain. More recently I became the Managing Director of Futbol Club Barcelona, a club to which I am still attached, as its Foundation’s Trustee. I have held positions on several Boards of Directors for companies such as Mahou-San Miguel, Esade Business School and O2 Wellness Center. Currently, I am a Director of Catalana Occidente (listed insurance company) and Chairman of its Audit Committee, as well as President of AGC (Association for Corporate Growth) in Barcelona.
I am also an adviser for various economic organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, Fomento del Trabajo Nacional (Federation of Catalan entrepreneurs) and the Tourist Board of Barcelona.
