Profil

I am currently an Associate Director in the Deal Leader team and joined Clearwater in 2016. Prior to joining Clearwater International, I worked with PwC Corporate Finance advising on M&A, loan portfolio transactions, valuation, and a variety of strategic issues. I hold a MSc in Finance from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the UCD Quinn Business School.

I have advised on a number of transactions including the cross-border merger of the KN Group with Circet, the significant investment in SONAS Bathrooms by MML Growth Capital Partners, and the buyouts of both H&MV Engineering and Brightwater Recruitment during my time with Clearwater.
