Profil

I focus on the TMT and AutoTech sector at Clearwater International having joined the firm in 2011. I have over 10 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, institutional shareholders, corporates and management teams on company sales, acquisitions and buy-outs and in that time have completed nearly 30 transactions including advising clients such as Carlyle, Hannover Finanz , NORD Holding, and mediafinanz.

Prior to Clearwater International, I gained work experience in strategy consulting at UNITY AG and equity capital markets at DZ Bank AG. I studied at the University of Hohenheim and the Thammasat University in Bangkok and hold a diploma in business administration and economics.
