Thanks to more than 30 years of trustful cooperation with company owners, corporates, private equity investors and family offices, I have a deep understanding beyond M&A-related issues. Credibility, commitment, and the drive to achieve goals are the key feedback from the clients we advise. 

Before co-founding Clearwater Germany in 2000, I worked as VP M&A in a former DAX30 company and as co-founder of the German M&A business of a Big4 audit firm.

In my private life, family, traveling, various sports activities and social projects provide a healthy balance.
