Clearwater International advises Litorina on the sale of LGT Logistics to Nordic Transport Group
Clearwater International has advised Nordic private equity Litorina on the sale of LGT Logistics (LGT), a leading provider of furniture logistics in the Nordics to Nordic Transport Group (NGT). The sale marks an exit for Litorina, following a successful partnership since 2015.
LGT Logistics has a rich history dating back more than 75 years and today offers a broad range of services within furniture logistics and related services. The customer base consists of well-known designer brands and retailers. LGT operates across the Nordics, with terminals in Denmark, Sweden and Finland. The group employs over 300 people and has a turnover of over €78m (SEK 800m).
NGT is a global group with headquarters in Denmark and operations in over 20 countries. NTG offers their customers a full range of services within road, sea and air freight. The group is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
