Clearwater has advised Agensys Technology (Agensys), a technology consultancy, on its sale to Scalian Group (Scalian), a French digital business solutions company.
Founded in 2005 and based in Alicante, Agensys is a consulting firm that specialises in analytics, big data and data management for the banking industry. Agensys has 100 employees and has experienced significant growth with high profitability in recent years.
Based in Paris, Scalian has a presence in Germany, Italy, UK and US and is supported by Cobepa, a firm of qualified European private investors. Scalian offers digital transformation and operational performance solutions for large corporations in several industries including aerospace.
The objective of the acquisition of Agensys is to consolidate Scalian's position within the Spanish market and to expand its reach globally.
