In my role as Co-Head of our Debt Advisory activities in the DACH region, together with my partner Dr. Heinrich Kerstien, I am responsible for advising medium-sized companies on all corporate finance issues. Furthermore, as International Head of Energy & Utilities, I have been advising companies from the energy industry on all M&A and financing issues for many years. In 2000, I co-founded the corporate finance consultancy @VISORY partners, which merged with Clearwater in early 2016. Previously I worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Rothschild. I have an eye for design and detail and am an enthusiastic fan of turf sports - whether passively at Mainz05 or actively on the golf course.
