I joined Clearwater in July 2022 in the Debt Advisory team. Prior to joining Clearwater, I worked in UniCredit’s investment banking division for 7.5 years, both in the equity capital markets and the corporate structured finance teams. I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master's degree in Physics from the Technical University of Munich. During this time, I worked at the research nuclear reactor FRM II, the Walther Meissner Institute for Low-Temperature Research and in the prototype development at Siemens AG. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, I like to do sports and I am a passionate football fan.

Moritz Stupka

Since 2017, I have been part of the Clearwater team, I have built my career on advising clients from various industries in mid-cap to transformational M&A projects. From my previous experience in the structured and leveraged finance teams with two international banks, I have gained a deep understanding of large-scale financing transactions with banks as well as in the capital markets. Outside of work, I am an enthusiastic road cyclist and a fan of my hometown football team 1. FC Nürnberg, but first and foremost, I enjoy spending time with my family.

Giorgio Zucchetti

Since 2015, I have been working in the M&A industry. Beginning my career at a boutique consultancy firm in Milan, I subsequently transitioned to a prominent Big Four firm to further refine my skills. In 2023, I seized the opportunity to join Clearwater, where I currently serve as an Associate Director. Throughout these years, I have had the privilege of guiding and assisting clients in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, providing strategic counsel, conducting meticulous financial analyses, and offering assistance with deal structuring. This diverse experience has enabled me to interact with a broad spectrum of industry stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of their corporate objectives.

Michele Castiglioni

Upon graduating with a Master's degree in Economics and Management at the Bocconi University of Milan, enriched by international experiences in primary universities in Europe and the US, I started my professional career in corporate finance. Following about five years of experience each at Mittel Corporate Finance and EY Italy where I held several roles as a corporate finance consultant with a specific focus on debt advisory, I joined the Clearwater team in 2019 to lead the Italian Debt Advisory team. Currently, with the role of Head of Debt Advisory Italy, I advise our clients – primarily private equity funds, corporates, and entrepreneurs - in structured finance and leverage finance transactions.

Guillaume Fenni

I joined Clearwater in 2016 after working for Oddo Corporate Finance and for Crédit Agricole CIB in China. I have been involved in transactions across several sectors including: healthcare, with the disposal of C2S Group to the PE fund Eurazeo Patrimoine; real estate, with the acquisition of a portfolio of real-estate assets from ANF Immobilier; and business services, with the disposal of Crèches de France to Sodexo Group. I find the opportunity at Clearwater to help clients on various complex transactions, and working with a structured team of professionals, particularly rewarding and stimulating. I graduated from ESSEC Business School with the Advanced Master’s degree in Financial Techniques and a major in corporate finance.

Giulia Dupuis

I joined the Debt Advisory team at Clearwater in October 2023 and focused on advising companies across a wide range of sectors as well as private equity firms on diverse financing projects. Prior to this, I worked for four years in the investment banking division of UniCredit as part of the Acquisition and Corporate Structured Finance team. I hold a Grande École degree (Master in Management) from ESCP Business School in Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Rome, where I grew up. Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in modern art, savouring the diversity of French and Italian cuisine and wines or exploring new destinations around the world.
