I joined Clearwater International as an Analyst in the Madrid office in December 2022, having previously worked in the business as an intern earlier in the year. I chose Clearwater based on their international leadership in M&A advisory, the pace of the working environment, and strong outreach they offer to clients. Prior to this, I completed a six month internship at Duff & Phelps, working in the Valuation Advisory Services department. In addition, I graduated from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF), with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

With six years of experience in marketing, starting my career as an apprentice and becoming a full-time employee at a Midlands-based business, developing extensive knowledge and skills. Later, joining Clearwater to support the international marketing team, strategically developing the marketing across the firm.

Agatha Tufnell

I joined Clearwater in January 2024, as a PA based in the London office. My role is to provide support to the International COO, Partners, and team members within the consumer team. Prior to this, I was at an international fine jewellery business based in West London, providing support to the Director. Overall, I have over three years of experience as a Private PA, working for a range of high-net-worth individuals. I am pleased to be part of the Clearwater team, taking on the new challenge of working in a corporate environment.

Mirjam Baumgartner

I joined Clearwater in 2023 as a Consultant in the Zurich office. Before joining Clearwater, I gained experience as a working student at Credit Suisse (now UBS) in accounting and at Jones Lang LaSalle in real estate valuation. In addition, I completed an internship in project management and change management at an international management and technology consultancy. I hold a Master's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Zurich.

Jule Weber

I joined Clearwater in August 2023. Prior to this, I spent a year at a corporate finance advisory firm in London, focusing on various sectors, in particular, technology and media. During this period, I also gained valuable transactional experience, which included undertaking an M&A executive program at Imperial College London. I hold a master´s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, as well as a bachelor´s degree in Economics from King's College London. In addition, I completed various courses in business administration at Hult International Business School.

Nicola Farrington

As Financial Controller, I am responsible for information sharing and reporting overall financial performance of the international business. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and spent 6 years at JTI in Manchester and Geneva, holding a variety of roles in consolidation, governance, reporting and FP&A. I then worked as a Financial Controller at SPX and Clarity Business Travel respectively, before contracting at Internet Fusion Group in 2021. I am delighted to have joined Clearwater International in March 2022 during an exciting period of growth for the business.
