I lead our French debt advisory team, a role I have had since joining Clearwater International in 2017. I help address our clients’ financing needs when equity is not necessarily needed, and debt is the most relevant option to support organic growth and acquisitions.

In today’s financing markets - where many new alternative funders have emerged - management teams and shareholders are keen to secure specialist advice on the financing options available to them. Our debt advisory team provides independent insight on our clients’ credit profiles and is able to formulate recommendations on structure, while being best placed to execute tailor-made transactions.

I have previously worked in the corporate finance industry for more than 12 years, with former roles at Close Brothers/DC Advisory and Oddo BHF, in M&A, debt advisory, restructuring and debt capital markets for both LBO and corporate clients.
