I am a Partner in the Copenhagen Office, advising both international and Danish clients on sell- and buy-side transactions primarily focused on the consumer sector. Some highlights of the transactions which I have completed include the sale of Sofacompany to Swedish Private equity fund Procuritas and the sale of Clio Online to Bonnier Group.
To me, Clearwater has a unique entrepreneurial DNA, which permeates through our culture and forms the foundation of how we work together – colleagues and clients alike.
I joined Clearwater in 2009, having previously worked at KPMG. I hold a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
