I am head of the TMT sector at Clearwater Netherlands having joined the firm in 2013. Prior to this, I have worked in the corporate finance department at Deloitte advising large corporates and management teams. At Clearwater, I provide active coverage of software and IT companies in the Netherlands and stay up-to-date on the latest technological innovations and industry trends. My expertise spans a range of areas, including M&A and founder-led exits. I have worked on a number of deals including the sale of Leadinfo (acquired by team.blue), Visionplanner (acquired by Visma) and the acquisition of Netrom (acquired by Investcorp). I specifically chose to work in the mid-market sector, which for me includes the most interesting companies, due to the personal, emotional involvement of shareholders, the dynamics of a maturing company, and the impact of a successful project on the company.
