Clearwater International has advised Connecting Capital on its sale of Götessons to Accent Equity (Accent).

Götessons in Ulricehamn was founded in 1984 and has since developed into an international group, offering a full range of workplace solutions, with a focus on office spaces.

The broad range of products include desk and floor screens, lighting, seating, wall and ceiling sound absorbers and other office accessories. Akustikmiljö in Falkenberg provides expertise in acoustics. In 2018 the turnover was €29.2m (SEK 300m), with an average annual growth rate of 18% since 2015. In total, the group employs approximately 100 employees.

Accent acquired the company from the current majority owner Connecting Capital and key employees. The management and Johan Götesson, son of the founder Ola Götesson, will reinvest in the company along with Accent and continue to develop the group in near collaboration.
