Clearwater has advised Sextant, the leading real estate agent network, on a €5m Series A fundraising round from Inter Invest Capital.
Established in 2013, Sextant is specialised in real estate transactions within the secondary market. With a current growth north of 50% in 2021, the company employs more than 300 agents who work with its network in France, for over 1000 transactions.
The round is expected to quickly broaden Sextant’s national coverage, reinforcing its digital tools, and extending its product offering.
This is yet another transaction in the tech space for Clearwater, in addition to the recent debt advisory deal with Blissim, private equity deal with Propriétés Privée, fundraising with White Bird, and M&A with Qapa. This supports our ambition to grow in the sector, with a strong focus on property technology, among other segments.
