Clearwater International strengthens its small cap team

Clearwater International is delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Bursztyn, who joins the small cap team in Paris as a Director. Jonathan has over 12 years’ experience in M&A at Degroof, Deloitte Finance and more recently at Capitalmind.

Jonathan has completed over 30 small and mid-cap transactions with a focus on the industrial sector (packaging, industrial machinery) and business services (industrial maintenance, testing, inspection and certification (TIC), consulting and engineering).

Recently, he advised Merieux NutriScience group on its expansion in Germany. He also advised on the sale of Les Bouchages Delage to Tapi Group in Italy.

In further team developments, Thibaut Couvrecelle has recently been promoted to Associate within the team and Lucas Genot and Wallerand Gayon have joined the team as Analysts. Lucas previously worked at EY and Wallerand previously worked at Deloitte and Notus Technologies.

With these recent developments, the team now has 9 professionals dedicated to small cap transactions, headed by Thomas Hamelin.
