Clearwater International continues to expand corporate finance advisory activities in the German-speaking region
Starting in August 2017, Dr Heinrich Kerstien will join the German team of Clearwater International as Managing Partner. With Dr Kerstien, Clearwater International will continue to expand significantly its corporate finance advisory activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Dr Kerstien has 25 years’ experience in corporate finance. He recently worked as European Vice Chairman and Co-Head European Debt Advisory at Rothschild, after having built its German debt advisory team. Previous to that, he worked in leading positions in the area of leveraged finance at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London. His completed transactions include Schlecker, Douglas, DMG Mori, IVG, Alba and Funke Medien.
