Before joining the partnership in 2018, I spent 10 years at ING as Managing Director and Global Head, within financial institutions advisory. Prior to this, I gained M&A experience at Bank of America, after starting my career in a consultancy role at KPMG. At university, I studied economics in Amsterdam, followed by an MBA with a specialisation in finance and strategy, from London Business School. I enjoy being involved in the strategic development of a company over a longer period of time, helping the client reach their strategic goals, often most effective when there is room for open and clear communication. This independent and long-term oriented approach distinguishes Clearwater from other advisers. In addition, our successful international network allows us to offer clients access to all buyers or acquisition possibilities.
