Profilo

I am an experienced Director and deal leader having completed over 70 deals incorporating a full range of transaction types – buy-side and sell-side M&A, and debt advisory. I am in the healthcare team but also advise on deals across all the other sectors. Healthcare deals have included Sidhil, Westfield Medical, and Medequip. Recent deals in other sectors have included TotalSoft, Stuart Turner, Kennelpak and Dale Power Solutions.

I was a founding employee of Clearwater in 2003 and prior to that worked at BDO and NatWest. I enjoy the variety that my role provides, being able to work on various different deal types and also working on transactions within different sectors and with international parties. My favourite part of the job is working closely with clients to help them fulfil their objectives and, in many instances, achieve their life goals.

I have worked in the corporate finance industry for over 20 years, holding banking and corporate treasury qualifications.
