I am a Partner at Clearwater International and joined in 2013, a few months after the inception of the firm. I am also the Head of the Business Services sector team in Sweden.

Prior to joining Clearwater, I worked within the M&A team at KPMG Corporate Finance and have further experience from the investment banking departments at SEB and Nordea. I joined Clearwater as it provided an opportunity to work with an independent, driven, and professional team with a clear focus on providing the best solution for its clients. M&A is a truly exciting and rewarding field as every transaction process poses unique challenges, with Clearwater providing the best platform to successfully handle these challenges.

In recent years, I have worked in numerous transactions within sectors such as consumer and e-commerce, tech, IT and management consulting, industrial services, transportation and logistics, as well as industrial products. I have also worked on the sell-side with entrepreneurial founders, as well as institutional clients and international corporates.
