As Talent Consultant at Clearwater International, my role is focused on ensuring that the business provides outstanding career development opportunities, with wellbeing at our core and continues to be a great place to work. I work closely with our Head of Talent on strategic projects across our international teams, to evolve our people plan in alignment with our key client outcomes.
I joined the business in April 2022, having commenced my HR career through the Aviva Graduate Scheme in 2008, within Talent Development and Generalist HR roles in the UK and globally. I join Clearwater from a smaller start up in the education sector, where I was People Partner and responsible for HR operations and Talent development.
I am a chartered member of the CIPD, with a MA in Human Resource Management.
