I have worked in sustainability for almost 20 years, leading ESG strategy development for large corporate organisations, focusing on transition risk mitigation, commercial value generation, and brand reputation positioning. I joined Clearwater in 2022 to demonstrate our commitment to social responsibility, ensuring the positive impact of the business on the wider community, and developing the first dedicated ESG Advisory service in mid-market corporate finance. We support management teams and private equity across all sectors to integrate material ESG into business strategy, generate value-creation opportunities and support the growth aspirations of the business. I enjoy working with entrepreneurial management teams and investors to truly understand their business and aim to drive competitive processes and increased valuations through enhanced ESG integration.

I joined Clearwater’s Marseille office in 2022 as an Associate. Prior to this, I spent five years in M&A at Capitalmind working on small and mid-cap transactions, including disposals, LBO, acquisitions and financing. I then moved to the Corporate team at Group SNEF, working across corporate control and external growth. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporates in a wide range of sectors, including industrials, food & agro, and business services. My decision to join Clearwater International was based on the quality of its teams, international reach and ambitions across the Mediterranean region. I also have a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School.

I joined Clearwater in October 2023 as an Analyst while pursuing a master’s degree at Copenhagen Business School. My motivation for working at Clearwater stems from the strong sense of community within the office and the opportunity to learn from highly skilled and dedicated colleagues. I want to pursue a career within M&A as the field offers in-depth interdisciplinary exposure to strategic and financial challenges across various sectors, which I believe is highly interesting and valuable as I am in the early stages of my career.
