I am Chair & Co-Founder at Clearwater responsible for overall leadership and strategy. I led the creation of the UK business, which we founded in 2003. My career has spanned restructuring, banking, and corporate finance. I have worked on all kinds of deals - IPO's, Private Equity, cross border exits, carve-outs and have been advising clients for over 30 years, My favourite transactions are when we put entrepreneurs and private equity together, which I must have done more than 100 times by now.
