Clearwater acted as sole financial adviser to the shareholders on the sale of Verlegerdienst München GmbH & Co. KG to Vereinigte Verlagsauslieferung.
Vereinigte Verlagsauslieferung is a division of Bertelsmann Services Group and operates a distribution and data processing centre, in particular for the book and magazine trade. As publishing house distributor and logistics service provider, the company serves around 60 book and magazine publishing houses and supplies approximately 50,000 book outlets, as well as around 300,000 subscription customers at home and abroad. With approximately 260 employees, the company realised sales of over €33m.
