Clearwater International has advised the management of TXCube on the structuring of a primary buy-out with Andera Croissance.

Founded in 2009 by Elisabeth Partouche and Vincent Baumier, TXCube assists European and US industrial groups in the supply of complex electronic products.

Standing out from its competitors, the Group controls the entire value chain of a product, from design to delivery. The Group is based on two main pillars: an engineering and design office with expertise in electronics, mechanics and mechatronics, and a perfect knowledge of the supply chain in Asia, enabling the selection of the right subcontractors for each project.

Based in Paris and present in China and Hong Kong, the Group copes with the needs of prestigious clients in a variety of sectors, fluid treatment, luxury, health, and security, and generates over 70% of its business outside France.

With growing demand for electronic and connected products, and occasional supply shortages, companies like TXCube are showing agility and creativity in this complex market. The Group is led by Elisabeth Partouche and Daniel Mawas.

Andera Croissance will assist TXCube’s management in the Group structuring and to seize external growth opportunities, both in France and internationally.
