Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Groupe 3H on the sale to regional holding SISIO. Leading player in the Pays-de-la-Loire region, Groupe 3H operates 5 acute care clinics and rehab establishments, totaling close to 600 beds.

After nearly thirty years at the head of the Groupe, a history marked by the massive doctors association in 2011, the shareholders of 3H were advised by Clearwater International on the sale to regional holding SISIO, composed on an equal basis of Groupe Saint Gatien (Tours), Pôle Santé Léonard de Vinci (Tours) and Clinique Saint-Joseph (Angers).

This acquisition will allow the new ensemble to confirm its standing as independent leader of the acute care sector in France, with a total revenue of over €450m, ensuring 3H shareholders a continuity in the specificities and family values of 3H.
