Clearwater International advises the shareholder of United Navigation on sale to DASQ
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to the selling shareholder of United Navigation GmbH, a former Management Buy-out of the MAIRDUMONT Group, who has sold 100% of its shares in the business to DASQ Capital Partners Ltd., a UK-based Investment House.
United Navigation, headquartered in Stuttgart, is one of the leading specialists in navigation solutions and Personal Navigation Devices (PND) for car, truck and outdoor navigation. The company’s products and services are marketed under the renowned brands BECKER, FALK and FALK Outdoor. In addition, the company’s outdoor navigation devices are sold under the McNally brand in the US. In 2012 United Navigation generated revenues of approximately €40m.
DASQ Capital Partners is an Investment House based in the South West of England, Bristol. DASQ operates throughout the UK and Mainland Europe, with offices in London, Bristol, Oxford, Cardiff, Frankfurt and Barcelona.
