Clearwater International advises OKKO Hotels on a second fundraising venture

Clearwater International has advised OKKO Hotels on a second fundraising venture.

OKKO Hotels, the new 4-star hotel chain of Paul Dubrule and Olivier Devys, is continuing its development at an increasing pace. Four hotels are already locked (two being under construction) and ten locations are secured of which six should be starting the construction phase in 2013. Clearwater International has advised on the financing for the first hotel in Nantes (April 2012) and the second in Grenoble (December 2012) for a total amount of €30m, and locked the land acquisition for the next hotel in Lyon. The two projects in Rueil Malmaison and Cannes are also secured and building permit applications are currently being reviewed by local administrations.

Present at the Maison & Objet Paris show in January 2013, with a room prototype foregrounding the originality of the concept signature, OKKO Hotels has already built a strong reputation based on an innovative downtown and all-inclusive 4-star hotel concept.
