Clearwater International advises nextevolution on sale of its Process Content Management division to EASY SOFTWARE
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to nextevolution AG on the sale of the Process Content Management division (“PCM Division”) to EASY SOFTWARE AG by way of an asset deal.
The PCM Division offers SAP process content management solutions through the product family “nextPCM”. The software suite has a modular structure, extending the SAP system of midsize businesses and groups. Its cross-application platform provides integrated business processes such as personnel, contract and logistics management, or automation for applicant management, order requisitions, or changes to contracts.
