Clearwater International advises MT MISSLBECK Technologies on sale to capiton

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser for MT MISSLBECK Technologies GmbH on the sale to capiton AG via a combination of MBI and owner's buy-out.

MT Misslbeck Technologies is focused upon the development of interior and exterior systems and components for the automotive industry. The company offers a wide range of services and products including engineering, model making, prototyping, moulding and tooling.

The additional equity capital provided by capiton AG will be used to support the company's continuing growth strategy including the extension of its service and product offerings.
