Clearwater International advises Halder on acquisition of VAG-Armaturen from Equita
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to Halder and management on the acquisition of VAG-Armaturen GmbH from Equita.
With 850 employees, VAG generated consolidated sales of €92m in 2006. VAG is one of the European market leaders in the design, production and distribution of industrial valves and fittings for the water supply and waste water industry. The company represents more than 130 years of experience and the latest know-how in manufacturing industrial valves and fittings. The products are used in the sourcing, distribution, storage and supply of fresh and waste water.
Based in Frankfurt, Halder is a private equity investment firm that specialises in small to medium-sized enterprises.
