Clearwater International has advised Gomà-Camps, one of the main producers of tissue paper in Spain and France, on its debt restructuring with its bank pool and Idinvest Partners.
Headquartered in Tarragona, Spain, Gomà-Camps is dedicated to the manufacture, transformation and sale of tissue paper, as well as offering a range of recycled paper. The group has production plants in Tarragona and Zaragoza, from where it distributes mainly to clients in Spain and France. The restructuring of financial liabilities will allow Gomà-Camps to execute the business plan that the group has established for the coming years.
