Clearwater International and Maya Global Markets advise the founders of Paris Inn Group and Maison Albar Hotels in the negotiation of their partnership with Oaktree

Clearwater International and Maya Global Markets have advised the shareholders of Paris Inn Group and Maison Albar Hotels on the creation of a common hotel structure which includes five historical business units (management, brand, majority or minority shareholding, lease-management). This will enable the Falco family (Paris Inn Group) and the Albar family (Maison Albar Hotels) to project themselves into the new decade, making Centaurus one of the leaders in European hotel management.

Founded in 2005, under its current structure by Céline and Jean-Bernard Falco, the Paris Inn Group which they manage with their CEO-Partner Grégory Pourrin has been active in the Paris market for four generations. The company is both manager and investor of a 35 4-star and 5-star hotels within the portfolios, mostly located in Paris, representing a total of more than 2,000 rooms and more than 1,000 employees. The company had a consolidated turnover of €100m as of 31 December 2019, with assets under management valued at nearly €1bn.

Oaktree is notably supporting Centaurus by investing €115m in this ambitious development strategy in order to further deploy the new Maison Albar Hotels luxury boutique hotel brand abroad and enable the hotel management company to become a true reference in Europe.
