Clearwater International has advised Frontit, an expansive consultancy firm, with focus on services in management and IT on its sale to Priveq.

Frontit offers experienced advisers within management and IT to both the private and public sector. Frontit contributes with competence and experience when companies and organisations go through structural changes. Seven years running, the company has been chosen as one of the best places to work in Sweden by “Great Place to Work” and had a turnover of €19.2m (SKr 189m) in 2017.

Since its establishment in 2007, Frontit has opened up offices in Stockholm, Sundsvall, Västerås, Örebro, Norrköping and Malmö and employs a total of 190 people.

Since 2007, Frontit has been owned and operated by one individual owner, Pierre Bjurhager, together with management and other employees. Through this transaction, the company will strengthen its position and facilitate continued growth with Priveq as a partner. CEO, Anneli Angeling, together with the management and co-workers, will remain in the company. Previous owners will continue to be part of the ownership structure.
