As COO for Clearwater International my focus is on being the main day to day executive of the international board, covering all operational matters and in particular our group marketing, learning and development and international expansion.
I joined the business in 2014 as Head of Marketing, working on the original merger and rebrand to Clearwater International. I have over 15 years’ marketing experience following roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Close Brothers and Experian.
The growth of Clearwater International in the past four years has taken place at a phenomenal pace and it’s been a brilliant experience to be a part of it. It’s fantastic having a role where you see every day the work between our offices and how strong we are as an international business.
