Profile

I am a Partner in Clearwater International having co-founded the Irish business, previously Core Corporate Finance. We successfully merged with Clearwater in October 2015 to provide our clients with unique access to global M&A opportunities and financing solutions as well as strengthening our sectoral expertise. I have over 16 years’ experience in corporate finance having worked in Ireland, the Middle East and the US. I was previously Managing Director of Key Capital Bahrain and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte.

My core expertise is focused on leading M&A, disposals, management buy-outs, corporate fundraisings and capital restructurings. I have completed transactions across various key sectors including industrials, business services, technology, healthcare, food, energy & utilities, financial services and real estate.

My recent transaction highlights, with an aggregate value in excess of €1.4bn, includes the significant investment by Susquehanna Growth Equity in Poppulo, a pioneering global internal communications software company; the cross border merger of KN Group with French-based Circet to create a market leader in European telecommunications services, backed by Advent International; the management buyout of H&MV Engineering, a specialist international high voltage electrical contracting company; and the sale of Brightwater Recruitment, Ireland’s leading independent recruitment firm.
