I am a founding partner of the Italian team, with over thirty years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, and business valuation. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the success of both listed and unlisted companies, operating in sectors such as consumer goods, healthcare, and energy. I hold key roles such as extraordinary commissioner and adviser in various groups. Additionally, I am a professor at Bocconi University and the Associate Dean for Sustainability at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
