Daniel Borho

I started my career at Clearwater in October 2023, primarily supporting the M&A team within the Energy & Utilities and Healthcare sectors. Prior to my role at Clearwater, I gained corporate finance experience through various internships among others at EY, Oaklins, and Baird. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and completed a semester abroad at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in Greece as part of my academic program. In addition to my professional activities, I enjoy football either as a player or as a fan of SC Freiburg. I also enjoy travelling and discovering new places.

Daniel Lavelle

I joined Clearwater International as an Analyst in June 2019 after completing my MSc in Finance from Queens University Belfast. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and German from University College Dublin, graduating with first class honours. I chose to work at Clearwater due to the company’s international reach and the ability to offer a seamless solution across borders. The company’s values and passion to deliver for clients appealed to me personally. I enjoy the interaction and strong relationships built with clients learning about their businesses and helping them deliver their strategic goals. Clearwater’s independence means that we can give truly objective advice, guiding clients through the challenges they face to help maximise value in each and every transaction.

Daniel Nota

I joined Clearwater within the Leeds office in January 2023, as an Associate. Before this, I spent six years at KPMG, having joined in 2017 on the school leaver programme, which combined university and professional studies with a full-time position within the national markets audit team. Latterly, I transitioned into the transactions assurance group, providing assurance services to entities undertaking significant transactions such as IPOs and joint ventures, which included both UK and US listings. Outside of work, I am an avid fitness fan and compete in functional fitness competitions regularly.

Daniel Kringelbach

I'm doing my master's in Finance & International Business, and I engage a lot in my studies. From roles at Aarhus Symposium, International Case Team, to my grad program, I've gotten into M&A and Corporate Finance, which led me to Clearwater in November 2023. I'm ambitious and hardworking, giving my all – whether at work or on the soccer field.
