Clearwater International Denmark appoints three new partners

It is with great pleasure and pride, we are able to announce the appointment of Carsten Kvist Rydahl, Jakob Tolstrup Kristensen and Lars Rau Jacobsen to partner. Each of the partners has over 10 years’ experience in strategic, tactical and financial advice within M&A, and have each successfully completed more than 30 transactions.

Carsten Kvist Rydahl holds an MSc in Finance & International Business and joined Clearwater International in 2008. Carsten has completed several transactions within the industrials and business services sectors, recent transactions include having advised: the owners of Linka Energy on its sale to Via Equity, Starco on the divestment of its aftermarket business to Bohnenkamp (DE) and later sale to Kenda Group (TW), and Maj Invest and Industriudvikling on the divestment of J. Hvidtved Larsen to Bucher Industries (CH).

Jakob Tolstrup Kristensen holds an MSc in Finance and joined Clearwater in 2006. Jakob has completed several transactions within the consumer and business services sectors, recent transactions include having advised: Aarstiderne Arkitekter on its sale to Sweco (SE), Maki on its partial sale to Industriudvikling, and the shareholders of Normal on its majority sale to Anders Holch Povlsen, owner and CEO of Bestseller.

Lars Rau Jacobsen holds an MSc in Economics and Business Development and joined Clearwater International in 2008. Lars has completed several transactions within the industrials and business services sectors, recent transactions include having advised: airteam on its partial sale to Ratos (SE), the owners of Transcargo International on its sale to Freja Transport & Logistics, and Ratos on the divestment of AH Industries to Aurelius (DE).
