Gascan restructures €38M Debt with the help of Clearwater International

Gascan is a distributor and marketer of propane gas, with 20 years of industry experience and coverage throughout Portugal. Gascan has over 90 employees spread all over the country.

Gascan is owned by a Portuguese Private Equity firm which Clearwater International has been working with for several years.

In 2014 the business needed to restructure its debt portfolio and Clearwater International was nominated by its shareholder to lead the process. Clearwater International negotiated the restructuring of €38M debt.
