Clearwater advises Visionplanner on its sale to Visma
Clearwater has advised Visionplanner, a SaaS company providing clients with valuable insights and reports from financial and non-financial data through its platform, on its sale to Visma, a leader in business software.
Visionplanner’s pure cloud platform supports bookkeeping and accountancy firms in their digital transformation. The firms leverage this to provide their clients, or themselves, with dashboarding tools, annual accounts, tax returns, and other financial planning tools. Visopnplanner’s cloud solution offers near real-time access to data, giving accountants the tools to help entrepreneurs control their companies more effectively.
Visma has increased its offering to the Dutch accountancy market substantially over 2022. By acquiring Visionplanner, the company obtains an important market position in supporting the digital transformation of the Dutch SME accountancy sector. Visionplanner will operate independently within the Visma Group.
