Clearwater International advises Vestcorp on share block trade of EHLEBRACHT to FH Finanzholding

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to Vestcorp AG on the sale of 37% of its share capital of EHLEBRACHT AG, by way of a block trade, to FH Finanzholding AG.

EHLEBRACHT AG produces high quality products within its two business segments; plastic technology and furniture functioning, and distributes furniture lighting applications under its own brand ELEKTRA. With approximately 800 employees in Enger and Berlin (Germany), Michalovce (Slowakia) and Shenzhen (China) EHLEBRACHT AG today generates sales of €100m.
