Clearwater International advises PWG Profilrollen-Werkzeugbau on sale to Neumann Group

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to the shareholders of PWG Profilrollen-Werkzeugbau GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of 100% of the shares, including the 18% stake of Profilgruppen AB, Sweden, to Fried v. Neuman GmbH, Austria.

With approximately 290 employees, PWG has generated sales of approximately €50m in 2006. PWG is one of the largest European producers of aluminium rails for complex automotive sunroof systems.

Fried and Neumann GmbH specialises in the development and production of high quality aluminium parts and has 9 offices in Europe, North America and Asia. Fried and Neumann GmbH develop solutions for the following industries; automotive, construction, electrical engineering, the safety technology and the packaging. The company employs approximately 2,400 staff.
