Clearwater International advises J. Hirsch & Co. on structuring of an acquisition financing
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to J. Hirsch & Co. Deutschland GmbH on the structuring and placing of a senior credit facility for the acquisition of MineWolf Systems AG, through ILP Private Equity funds.
The senior credit facility was issued within the 'Sparkassen' sector of Germany and to one of the leading universal banks, based in western Austria.
J. Hirsch & Co. is the sole adviser of ILP Private Equity, an independent private equity fund, focused on mid-cap companies in Europe, especially in Germany and Italy.
MineWolf Systems AG is a global leading provider of state of the art mechanical landmine clearance technologies.
