Clearwater International advises arccure technologies on securing of additional venture capital funding
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to arccure technologies GmbH on its securing of additional venture capital funding from Partech International and 3i Investments plc.
arccure technologies develops, produces and distributes innovative UV systems for curing, drying and cleaning applications in the optical storage media, graphical, electronics, tape & labels, and automotive industries.
The proceeds from this financing round will be used to support the company's growth strategy, including the penetration of underdeveloped UV customer industries with arccure's leading edge pure UV technology.
