Clearwater International advises Aligros Group on its disposal of Brinpark to Panther Fund
Clearwater International advised Aligros Group in a re-organizational plan.
Within the process Aligros Group completed the disposal of the Retail Park “Brinpark” in Brindisi to Panther Fund managed by Savills Investment Management.
The Retail Park, opened in April 2017, is located in a strategic position in the Municipality of Brindisi, at the crossroads of S.S. 7 Brindisi – Taranto and Viale Caduti di Via Fani.
With a total commercial surface of approx. 17,200 sqm, fully rented, BrinkPark hosts some of the leading Italian and international retail players such as MediaWorld (eletronics); Mc Donald’s (restaurant/fast food); Cisalfa (sport); Eurospin (supermarket); OVS (apparel); Globo (apparel); CityModa (apparel); SENSO UNICO (apparel); Happycasa (home, accessories).
