Since 2015, I have been working in the M&A industry. Beginning my career at a boutique consultancy firm in Milan, I subsequently transitioned to a prominent Big Four firm to further refine my skills. In 2023, I seized the opportunity to join Clearwater, where I currently serve as an Associate Director. Throughout these years, I have had the privilege of guiding and assisting clients in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, providing strategic counsel, conducting meticulous financial analyses, and offering assistance with deal structuring. This diverse experience has enabled me to interact with a broad spectrum of industry stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of their corporate objectives.

I’m an Associate Director in the Debt Advisory team, having joined Clearwater over six years ago. I’m a specialist in raising bespoke debt solutions for our private equity, owner-managed, and corporate clients. These solutions cover a range of complex situations, such as leveraged buyouts, funding for acquisitions, refinancings, shareholder recapitalisations, and more. I’m very passionate about finding the right solution and the best terms to match our client’s specific needs. I started my career by training as a Chartered Accountant in the transactions services team at BDO, before joining Clearwater as an Associate in 2018. I’m enjoying a rewarding career, having completed a significant number of deals of all shapes and sizes over the years.

Giulia Dupuis

I joined the Debt Advisory team at Clearwater in October 2023 and focused on advising companies across a wide range of sectors as well as private equity firms on diverse financing projects. Prior to this, I worked for four years in the investment banking division of UniCredit as part of the Acquisition and Corporate Structured Finance team. I hold a Grande École degree (Master in Management) from ESCP Business School in Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Rome, where I grew up. Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in modern art, savouring the diversity of French and Italian cuisine and wines or exploring new destinations around the world.
