I joined Clearwater as an M&A Analyst in the autumn of 2022. Prior to this, I spent just over three years at Schuiteman M&A - Corporate Finance, where I worked on transactions in the mid-market. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in finance and financial management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. After obtaining my bachelor's degree, I completed an internship related to M&A. Following this internship, I completed the master's Duisenberg Honours Programme Corporate Finance, also at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Lars Thorup Gregersen

Since 2006, I've primarily advised owner-managers, particularly in the consumer, healthcare, and business services sectors. I'm motivated not only by the transactional work itself but also by the discussions leading up to the transaction and the dialogue with owners on where they want to take their companies. The positive energy and informal atmosphere, combined with focused and professional guidance, are what make Clearwater truly special to me. The varied work of advising many different types of owner-managers in significant decisions and the entrepreneurial spirit that characterises both our clients and us is what drives me every day.

I have spent my career working in mid-market M&A advising founders, management teams and private equity. I joined Clearwater in 2017 and am currently an Associate Director in the UK Consumer team, based in the London office.

Miquel Martí

I lead our international private equity service team at Clearwater International and I am a member of the international consumer and food & beverage sector teams. The consumer and the food & beverage sectors have been my focus for over 25 years, during which I have had international executive positions in several multinational corporates, in a global private equity firm and a partner role at Clearwater International, since its formation in 2014. With experience of being on both sides of a transaction, this allows me to have a hands-on approach to deal making and a good understanding of the strategic challenges mid-size companies face today. Furthermore, I use my knowledge of the private equity space to make connections and to create value for family-owned companies and management teams in need of a dynamic partner that supports their business plans. I enjoy meeting business owners to discuss their strategic challenges, to understand their particular needs and working with them to find ways to achieve their objectives. What makes me especially proud is to look back on the deals I have helped complete and see that the goals of our clients were realised and significant value was created for their businesses.

I am a Partner within Clearwater’s debt advisory team. I have spent my entire career within debt advisory, first at DC Advisory and then at Houlihan Lokey. I joined Clearwater in 2022 and predominantly focus on advising companies on debt raisings for acquisitions and refinancings
